InDel (insertion deletion length polymorphism) markers is designed for PCR detection based on the Insertion or of DNA fragments different sizes according to sequence a locus between individuals related species, which more and applied in crop genetic research due its rich polymorphism, operational simplicity reliability results. In this study, Qinyou 88 parents were analyzed through marker, four pairs candidate primers obtained identify seed purity with complementary band type stable amplification Two ID 2 15 verified identified high hybrids parents, consistency reached 95.5%, 100% 100%; 97.5%, 99.5 100%, respectively. By comparing field identification results molecular marker results, average 96.14% 95.98%, nevertheless, analysis deviation two was only 0.84. The rate very high, reaching an extremely significant level. show that it feasible reliable analyze using marker.
